Position Details: As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be an essential part of our high-volume distribution center. You will be responsible for handling various warehouse tasks, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in processing orders and managing inventory. This role involves working closely with a team and reporting to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound and Outbound Tasks: Safely and accurately complete warehouse tasks such as unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking, and packing products.
• Product Accuracy: Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet customer expectations for quality and delivery speed.
• Compliance and Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements.
• Equipment Operation: Use computerized scanning equipment and operate warehouse vehicles/material handling equipment as required.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, meeting safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements.

Shifts and Compensation:

• Part-Time Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• Pay: Starting at $21/hr, with three raises in 12 months bringing the pay to $22.20/hr

Qualifications:

• Age Requirement: At least 18 years old.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift, slide, and lower packages up to 75 pounds. Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust.
• Skills: Ability to operate warehouse vehicles and material handling equipment, such as Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, Turret Truck, and Forklift (for PIE operators).
• Experience: Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety. Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment.
