Position Details:
- Reporting To: Manager, Distribution Process
- Shift: Outbound operations work Monday through Friday (Day Shift); Inbound operations work an overnight schedule 4 nights per week between Monday - Friday.
Compensation:
- Salary: $65,000+ per year, bonus eligible
- Shift Differential: $6,000 annual/paid quarterly for nighttime supervisors (subject to policy)
- Relocation Assistance: Available if needed, including cash-back rewards on residence transactions, mortgage assistance, and vendor services.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate product receipt, order fulfillment, and resource optimization in a high-volume, multi-shift distribution center.
- Oversee one of the nighttime Inbound or daytime Outbound operations teams.
- Teach and coach up to 25 team members on compliance with procedures, process improvement, and engagement.
- Create a positive work environment focused on safety, recognition, and employee empowerment.
- Gather and analyze data on production, safety, quality, and financial performance to improve team performance.
- Support Distribution Center-wide projects and ensure completion of deliverables.
- Foster a culture of recognition, feedback, and development; handle hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations (OSHA, DOT, EPA).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a high-volume, multi-shift, order fulfillment distribution center.
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs.
- Self-motivated, curious, and analytical with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (complex functions).
