As a Technical Product Support (TPS) Specialist, you will provide telephone support for a wide range of Grainger products, focusing on industrial pumps and plumbing systems. The role involves product selection, post-sales support, troubleshooting, and answering customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and troubleshooting pumps and plumbing systems, including centrifugal pumps, wastewater removal systems, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers, including end-users, maintenance technicians, contractors, and internal team members such as parts specialists, sales, and store team members.
• Provide exceptional technical support by navigating multiple computer programs and applications to identify solutions and document customer interactions.
• Follow established processes and schedules to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Utilize industry-related knowledge, vendor training, and hands-on experience to maintain high technical expertise on Grainger products.
• Provide feedback to product teams based on customer and field team interactions.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant job experience or hands-on field experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pumps and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in computer usage, with the ability to manage multiple applications and screens simultaneously.

Compensation:

• Hourly position with a starting rate of $26.30
• Compensation range is based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
